No. We do not repair devices that have been blocked, jail broken or bricked at Fix Gadget Online. If we receive such devices, we will send them back and the customer will be refunded. But if the device is sent for a diagnostic or liquid damage the customer will not be refunded.

Yes, we do offer a 12-month warranty on majority of mobile device repairs. However, we will advise you to thoroughly read our Terms and Conditions to get acquainted with the details. Some repairs such as liquid damage are not included in the warranty.

Typically, battery related repair warranty lasts 3-months.
