Yes, we do offer a 12-month warranty on majority of mobile device repairs. However, we will advise you to thoroughly read our Terms and Conditions to get acquainted with the details. Some repairs such as liquid damage are not included in the warranty.

Yes. If you take your device to a third party service provider after getting it repaired by Fix Gadget Online, your warranty with us will become void.

No. It is upon your discretion whether you wish to go ahead with the additional repair or not. If you choose to approve the additional repair and process the payment, we will send back your device to our technical team for repair but if you choose to decline the additional repair, we will send back the mobile device as is without further repair.
